Booking Conditions
1.BOOKING PROCEDURE
(a)Complete the booking form. The form must be received within 3 days of booking the event.
(b)A 50% deposit must be received within 3 days of booking the event. See Cancellations and Transfer for information on refund conditions.
2.TRANSFERS
If you wish to change the date of your booked event you may transfer the booking at least 21 days in advance without a transfer fee. Any transfers made within 21 days of the booked event will result in a 25% transfer fee being charged. Any transfers made with 7 days of the booked event will result in a 50% transfer fee. All transfer fees must be paid before the booked event. For situations where for a reasonable reason you were not able to continue with your booking we may be able to waiver the transfer fee. Please contact us on 1300 78 60 50 if you have any queries.
3.CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations within 7 days of the booked event will result in forfeiture of deposit and fees paid. Cancellations made up to 7 days from the booked event date will result in the deposit being refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee. If the required fees are not received by us before the due date then we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
4.FOUL WEATHER
Rain and patchy weather is acceptable for game play and does not necessitate the cancellation of gun hire.
5.DISCHARGE & INDEMNITY
(a)The hirer agrees to release Desert Fox Investments Pty Ltd trading as Laser Squad from all liability no matter how it arises in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of my use of Desert Fox Investments Pty Ltd trading as Laser Squad’s equipment, services or facilities.
(b) The hirer agrees to indemnify of Desert Fox Investments Pty Ltd trading as Laser Squad in respect of any legal liability it may have to any third party which in any way arises from any use of or attempted use by me of any of Desert Fox Investments Pty Ltd trading as Laser Squad’s equipment, services or facilities.
(c)In the event that Laser Squad is deemed to arrive late at a booked event or is not able to attend due to reasons outside of their control Desert Fox Investments Pty Ltd trading as Laser Squad, its employees and agents are not to be held liable.
(d)The hirer assumes any risks of harm, injury, trauma or damage that may to any person or property whether foreseen or unforseen in connection with the activities.
(e)The hirer is responsible for the safe and proper use of the equipment provided.
(f)Any loss or damage of the equipment is the hirer’s responsibility and must be paid for by the hirer.
(g)The hirer is fully aware of risks involved with playing the activity of “Laser Squad” and will convey this to all players involved.
(h)The hirer ensures that all players involved in the activity wear covered footwear at all times. *
